Hi, I’m Francesca, a published author, nature writer, and environmentalist based in Portland, Oregon.

My environmentally themed novels explore topics like climate change, pollution, and the human place in nature.

I write weekly blog posts celebrating the beauty of the Pacific Northwest through poetry, prose-poetry, and lyrical narratives.
Environmental FICTION
My books range from realistic fiction to sci-fi, taking readers from Oregon forests to dystopian trash islands to alien planets. I’m honored to be the recipient of the 2019 Independent Publisher Book Award for Science Fiction and the 2014 Moonbeam Bronze Medal for Best First Book.
